Senior Product Manager – Proclivity Systems
Proclivity Systems is seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager. Proclivity enables online retailers to execute revenue-generating, direct marketing campaigns based on their consumer`s individual valuations and forecasted willingness to buy. Proclivity accomplishes this by gathering all of a retailer`s consumer data into its unique Consumer Behavior Bank®, scoring each consumer and generating individual valuations by product or service.
The retailer`s marketers and merchandisers can use this information to easily create and launch highly targeted campaigns through the consumer`s preferred channels, with success metrics in excess of 20% revenue lift and 300% ROI. The Proclivity platform helps retailers retain existing customers and acquire new ones.

This Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for driving product strategy, requirements, and roadmap. Interact with the senior management and technical teams to drive the development, marketing, and support of the company`s product offerings. A verifiable track record of success in defining/refining product requirements for software products focused on online advertising, behavioral targeting or marketing decision support or automation is critical.
Responsible for: The propositions for Proclivity’s customer retention and acquisition products and the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to turn data into guidance for marketers. This includes data visualization, campaign management and open exchange tools.
• Key driver of commercial strategy and competitive analysis
• Responsible for overall review of group commercial activities (with business teams) and identification of key areas of value that will serve to improve transparency of underlying product activities. Define overall product strategy, market/product requirements, and product roadmap
• Track market trends and competitive offerings, interface with customers, services, and sales organization and drive product direction to ensure that product capabilities meet market needs and offer significant differentiation.
• Create product overall design and workflow against business plan and prepare MRD and PRD documentation.
• Unique capabilities that create a differentiated offering
• Tangible increase in revenues
• 10+ years of experience in product management/product marketing. Knowledge of marketing end users, highly desired. Must have an understanding of marketing workflows and ecommerce. Knowledge of online advertising, email marketing or consumer valuation is a plus.
• Must have a proven Product Management track record of success in defining/refining product requirements and seeing these through development and go-to-market planning
• Experience in forming and managing external advisory boards and strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing materials that present product capabilities, benefits and differentiation. Experience in product blogging, product outreach social media, public relations, product launches and presentations are critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong skills in making presentations and demonstrating products to varying audiences (e.g., customers, analysts, partners, technical peers, non-technical professionals). Experience in presenting business plans at Board of Directors level is a plus.
• Strong leadership, and business strategy skills, and energy and passion for your work and the product
• Experience in both established companies and high-technology start-ups a plus.
• BS degree Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Direct Marketing, Marketing Operations or related field.
